Complaint Process

We take every complaint seriously and to ensure proper handling of your concerns please adhere to the complaint process

Please submit your complaint in writing to the the Dean of Students, Dr. Kathryn Dorn.
Please allow 72 hours to respond via email, phone call, or in writing.
If the complaint is not rectified, you may request the complaint to be forwarded to the President of the University.
Please allow 72 hours to respond. The President has the right to forward the complaint to the Executive Board and will notify the student within 48 hours of the complaint being forwarded.
